With our December announcement to shift to fully virtual events for the 2021 competition year, we understand that some teams may decide to change their participation plans. To help AISC’s SSBC team with our planning, we ask that all teams confirm plans for the upcoming competition season via the SSBC Pre-Registration Update form.

Each team’s Faculty Advisor must complete the SSBC Pre-Registration Update form by February 1, 2021. We encourage you to re-evaluate the current conditions and any restrictions on your campus prior to submitting the SSBC Pre-Registration Update form. Each team’s Faculty Advisor must complete the SSBC Pre-Registration Update form by February 1, 2021.

Instructions:

1. Open the Pre-Registration Update Form.
2. Login to your AISC account.  IMPORTANT: The Faculty Advisor that pre-registered your team MUST login with the same AISC account to update the pre-registration. . Each team’s Faculty Advisor will receive an email with login instructions and a link to the Pre-Registration Update form.
   
3. Complete the pre-registration update form. All teams must register their students and faculty by February 1.

Important:

• Head Judge contact information is due in this form. If your team is struggling to find a local volunteer to serve as campus Head Judge, contact University Programs (universityprograms@aisc.org) to request assistance. AISC will post the team's request and the captain's contact information on the SSBC website. Any volunteers will be instructed to contact the captain directly.
• All pre-filled fields have been imported from your original pre-registration submission. Please review all pre-filled fields to ensure their accuracy. 
• If you no longer plan on participating in the competition, please leave all competition types unchecked and provide us with insight into your situation in the Other Notes field.
