What to expect: When you purchase a subscription to the ASTM standards collection, you will receive an email confirming your access within 24 hours. The email will come from AISC Orders (orders@aisc.org), so be sure to check your spam folder. 

Secure Link: Access is provided via the "ASTM Acess" link to the left. Bookmark that page. Once you have been authenticated to the access page, click the blue "ASTM" button on the access page for secure access to the ASTM site.

ASTM Site: Once you are on the ASTM Compass site, you will have access to the standards collection. After the disclaimer, you will find your subscription in the "Subscriptions" tab. 

ASTM Features: To use advanced ASTM features (for example, bookmarking your favorite standards), you can register for an ASTM Compass account. The username and password you select for a Compass account are managed by ASTM and are unrelated to any AISC or Certification Portal logins you may already have. 

PDFs: Downloaded PDFs of individual standards are for the exclusive use of the authorized user. They may not be posted online for public access. Any PDFs you download or print will be watermarked. 

New Subscriptions: Simply purchase the subscription product while logged into the AISC account you would like to use to access ASTM. Your subscription will start within 24 hours of purchase. 

Extending Existing Subscriptions: Your expiration date is shown at the access link to the left. To renew, simply purchase another subscription in your account, and your subscription will be extended from the current expiration date.

Expired Subscriptions: Your past expiration date will be shown at the access link to the left. To renew an expired subscription, simply purchase another subscription in your account, and your subscription will start over again on the purchase date. 

Refunds: Subscription-related purchases are non-refundable. 

Multi-Location Licensing: AISC only offers single-user licenses. If you require multi-user or multi-location licensing, contact ASTM at 877.909.2786. Previous purchases of single-user licenses from AISC are not credited towards multi-user licenses with ASTM.
